Medical Product Disclaimers:

The prize products are topical gels intended for external use only. These statements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. These products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Winners should consult with a healthcare professional before using any prize products, especially if they have diabetes, compromised immune systems, or other medical conditions. Do not use if allergic to any ingredients. Discontinue use and consult a physician if irritation occurs.

Product Information and Warnings:

All prize products have expiration dates and storage requirements that will be provided with the products. Products must be stored according to manufacturer instructions. Winners acknowledge that they understand the proper use, storage, and any warnings associated with the products. Sponsor makes no warranties regarding the safety or effectiveness of the products for any individual winner’s specific medical condition.

Giveaway Information

Who May Enter:

The Giveaway is open to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who are 18 years or older with Internet access at time of entry. This promotion is void in Puerto Rico and where otherwise prohibited by law. Only entrants logging onto the Internet from within the 50 United States or the District of Columbia are eligible to enter the Giveaway.

The following persons are not eligible to enter the Giveaway: Sponsor’s employees, its affiliates or subsidiaries, employees of any organizations directly involved with this Giveaway, and immediate family members and persons living in the same household as the persons identified above.

Eligibility Health Restrictions:

In addition to the eligibility requirements set forth herein, the following persons are not eligible to win: individuals under 18 years of age, pregnant or nursing women, individuals with known allergies to botanical or topical products, and individuals currently receiving treatment for infected wounds or skin conditions. By entering, participants represent that they do not fall into any of these categories.

Giveaway Period:

This giveaway begins at 12:01 AM EDT on September 30, 2025 and ends at 11:59 PM EDT on October 25,2025 (the “Entry Period”). All entries must be received during the Entry Period to be eligible.

How To Enter:

To enter the Giveaway, you must submit an entry using the online form, fulfill all requirements set forth in these Official Rules as specified to be eligible to win the Giveaway, and provide all the information requested in the online form. Entries that are incomplete or entries that do not adhere to these Official Rules (the “Rules”) may be disqualified at Sponsor’s sole discretion. You must provide the information requested on the online entry form to be deemed entered to win the Giveaway. The information may include responding to various questions via e-mail.

Limitation of Entries:

Only one (1) entry per person per email address. Multiple entries from the same person or email address will result in disqualification of all entries from that person. Sponsor will not be responsible for lost, late, incomplete, stolen, illegible, or misdirected entries due to any reason. Entries submitted using any kind of bot or automated technology will be deleted.

Entry Verification:

Sponsor reserves the right to verify eligibility of any potential winner and to disqualify any entrant who provides false information or violates these terms. Verification may include requiring government-issued identification.

The Giveaway Prize

Prize Description:

The Giveaway will be awarded to one (1) entrant. The Giveaway consists of three (3) Diabetic Wound Gels and two (2) Diabetic First Aid Gels, at a total value of $105.

Prize Valuation:

The Approximate Retail Value (ARV) of the prize is $105.00. This valuation will be used for tax reporting purposes.

Winner Selection and Notification

Random Drawing:

There will be one (1) winner of the Giveaway. A random drawing will take place on or around October 28, 2025 from all eligible entries received. All decisions of the judges are final. No cash or other prize substitution shall be permitted except at Sponsor’s discretion. The Giveaway is nontransferable.

Winner Notification:

The selected winner will be notified via email within five (5) business days of the drawing to the email address provided in their entry. Winner must respond to notification email within ten (10) business days to claim prize, or prize will be forfeited.

Alternate Winner Selection:

If the selected winner fails to respond within the specified timeframe, is found to be ineligible, declines the prize, or cannot be reached after three (3) attempts, an alternate winner will be selected using the same random drawing method. This process will continue until a qualified winner is confirmed.

Odds of Winning:

The Giveaway is non-transferable, has no monetary value, and cannot be redeemed for cash. Sponsor makes no representation or warranties concerning the appearance, safety or performance of the Giveaway or any prizes awarded. The odds of winning depend upon the number of valid entries received. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute an alternative giveaway or prize of equal or greater value.

Prize Delivery and Acceptance

Prize Delivery:

Prize will be shipped via standard ground shipping to winner’s confirmed mailing address within thirty (30) business days after winner verification is complete. Sponsor is responsible for shipping costs within the continental United States. Winner is responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees if applicable. Sponsor will provide tracking information when available.

Prize Acceptance:

Winning the prize constitutes permission for Sponsor to use winner’s name, city and state of residence, likeness, and prize information for advertising and promotional purposes without additional compensation, except where prohibited by law. Any and all Giveaway-related expenses, including without limitation any and all federal, state, and/or local taxes, shall be the sole responsibility of winner.

Tax Compliance and Reporting

Tax Obligations:

Winner is solely responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes on the prize value. Sponsor will issue IRS Form 1099-MISC if required by law. Winner may be required to provide Social Security number or Tax Identification number before prize delivery.

Claiming the Giveaway

All properly claimed Giveaway prizes will be awarded. By accepting the Giveaway, the winner consents to Sponsor’s use of their name, photograph and/or likeness, address, voice, and statements made by or attributed to them in perpetuity, in any and all media now known or hereafter developed for all business purposes without additional compensation unless prohibited by law.

In the event of a dispute as to the identity of a winner based on an e-mail address, the winning entry will be declared made by the authorized account holder of the e-mail address submitted at time of entry. For purposes of these Rules, the phrase “Authorized account holder” is defined as the natural person who is assigned to an e-mail address by an Internet access provider, on-line service provider or other organization (e.g., business, educational, institution, etc.) that is responsible for assigning e-mail addresses for the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address.

Privacy and Data Protection

Data Collection and Use:

By participating in this Giveaway, entrants consent to Sponsor’s collection, use, and storage of personal information including name, email address, mailing address, phone number, and any information provided in entry forms or communications. This information will be used to administer the giveaway, notify winners, fulfill prizes, and for marketing purposes unless you opt out as described below.

Sponsor will be collecting personal data about entrants in accordance with the terms of several privacy policies, including Sponsor’s, Facebook.com’s and Mediaplanet’s. By participating in the Giveaway and submitting an entry for the Giveaway, you agree to the collection and usage of your personal information by these entities and/or their affiliates and acknowledge that you have read and accepted the terms of their respective privacy policies, which can be accessed by clicking here or through their respective websites.

Data Sharing:

Personal information may be shared with Media Planet, contest administrators, prize fulfillment services, and other third-party service providers necessary to conduct this giveaway. Personal information will not be sold to unaffiliated third parties.

Data Retention and Deletion:

Personal information will be retained for the duration of the giveaway period plus seven (7) years for record-keeping and tax purposes, after which it will be securely deleted unless you have opted into ongoing marketing communications.

Marketing Opt-Out:

You may opt out of marketing communications at any time by following unsubscribe instructions in any marketing communication. Opting out will not affect your giveaway entry.

California Consumer Privacy Rights:

California residents have the right to request disclosure of personal information collected, request deletion of personal information, and opt-out of personal information sales.

Dispute Resolution:

Any dispute arising from this giveaway shall first be addressed through good faith negotiation. If unresolved within thirty (30) days, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration under the Commercial Arbitration Rules of the American Arbitration Association. Each party shall bear their own costs and fees. The arbitration shall take place in New York, NY.

Class Action Waiver:

By entering, participants waive any right to participate in class action lawsuits or class-wide arbitration related to this giveaway.

FTC and Advertising Compliance

This giveaway is sponsored by Lavior Pharma Inc. in partnership with Media Planet. Participants acknowledge this material connection between the sponsors.

Social Media Requirements:

Limitation of Liability

By submitting an entry and entering to win the Giveaway, participants release and hold harmless Sponsor and Mediaplanet, their respective parents, subsidiaries and affiliated companies, as well as their respective directors, officers, employees and agents from any and all liability or any injuries, loss or damage of any kind arising from or in connection with the Giveaway or acceptance or use of any prize or giveaway won.

Miscellaneous Terms & Conditions

The Sponsor assumes no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to, or alteration of, entries. The Sponsor is not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or telephone lines, computer on-line systems, servers, or providers, computer equipment, software, failure of any e-mail or entry to be received by Sponsor on account of technical problems, human error or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any website, or any combination thereof, including any injury or damage to participant’s or any other person’s computer relating to or resulting from participation in this Giveaway or downloading any materials in this Giveaway.

If for any reason this Giveaway is not capable of running as planned due to infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes beyond the control of the Sponsor which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of this Giveaway, the Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process and/or to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Giveaway.

Severability:

If any provision of these Official Rules is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remainder of these Rules will remain in effect.

Enhanced Force Majeure

Events Beyond Control:

If this giveaway cannot be conducted as planned due to events beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemic, government regulations, supply chain disruptions, FDA regulatory actions, cyber attacks, or other force majeure events, Sponsor reserves the right to suspend the giveaway temporarily, modify prize delivery methods, substitute prizes of equal or greater value, or cancel the giveaway entirely. In case of cancellation, no compensation will be provided to entrants.

Right to Cancel Giveaway

Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Giveaway. Sponsor reserves the right to make rule changes, and change the aforementioned Giveaway dates.

Choice of Law and Compliance

All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules or the rights and obligations of entrants and Sponsor in connection with this Giveaway, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the substantive laws of the State of New York without regard to conflict of law principles.

The Giveaway sponsored and hosted by the Sponsor is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook.com or Mediaplanet. By entering into this Giveaway contest, each entrant waives any and all claims of liability against Sponsor, Mediaplanet, Facebook.com, and their respective parents, affiliates, officers, directors, employees and agents, for any and all claims, loss, damage or injury which may occur as a result of entrant’s participation in this contest.
