Police Sergeant Richard Pantle, a 28-year veteran with the Colorado Springs Police Department, has a stressful job, works nights and found it hard to sleep during the day. He is among the many firefighters, police officers, airline pilots and individuals who have trouble sleeping when their head hits the pillow.

“My police work hours are from 9 p.m. to 7 a.m. Sleep is more difficult if you’re working nights and trying to trick your body into sleeping during the day,” said Sergeant Pantle, who benefited from a learn-at-home program. “I found the Sleep Easily video much more useful than anything else I’ve experienced in the last 27 years."
